Passing relay race

Passing relay race: the set-up from above

How it works

Each team has a line at one cone and one player at the far cone, with a gate in the middle. Pass through the gate to the far player and run to take their place; they pass back to the next in line and join the back. The first team back where it started wins.

Make it easier

Shorter distance, bigger gate

Make it harder

One touch; weaker foot only

Less planning. More coaching.
